Floral & Herbs Infused Cocktails at CUT by Wolfgang Puck

CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Marina Bay Sands Singapore was the next celebrity-chef restaurant that was scheduled in our trip itinerary. It was still barely dinner time, so the purpose of our visit was to sample some of CUT's unique floral & herbs infused cocktails and its popular lounge bites. We received a warm welcome by Wes Guild, the Assistant General Manager, Irwan and Lugas the mixologists. Tasting 9 different cocktails at one sitting proved to be quite confounding, but lucky the light bites were heavy enough to keep us "grounded".

About CUT by Wolfgang Puck

Wolfgang Puck, an Austrian-born celebrity chef, is a venerable celebrity chef who's made his scenes in both the culinary world and the Hollywood. Some of his notable appearances are in popular shows like Hell's Kitchen and Iron Chef America. As a fine-dining steakhouse concept, CUT has clinched one Michelin Star at one of its four locations, Beverly Hills (the other locations are London, Las Vegas and Singapore). Hence it is understood why the Master Chef selected CUT for his debut venture in Asia, out of the many successful concepts that he possesses under his apron.
